**JOB SUMMARY**

This position will be on thrid party payroll and for a period of one year only. This position will support the Commercial Operations Team for our Closure product line and report to the Global Operations Lead for GD Closures. This position will be based at the Bangalore office. The incumbent will be responsible for all order processing in SAP and supporting the Commercial Operations Team with enquiry handling from enquiry receipt to bid submission.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Log new enquiries in the relevant system
- Quote preparation and execution
- Process orders in SAP
- Follow up proposals with customers.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is must
- Demonstrates great customer relationships - inside and outside of the organization
- Attention to detail and is numerically minded.
- Seeks ways to improve processes and efficiency
- Works well within a team environment

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- B. Com/BBA/ any degree in regular course from a recognized institute and university in India.
- 2+ yrs SAP order processing experience, interacting and handling UK or US customers
- Work experience within a support role in a commercial/sales department.
