**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead and manage the sales team** to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Develop and implement **sales strategies** to capture new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Oversee the **end-to-end sales process** from lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with **clients, brokers, and partners**.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for **growth**.
- Provide **training and mentorship** to sales staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure **smooth transactions** and proper client servicing.
- Handle high-value deals, negotiations, and **conflict resolution** with clients.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience** **(Min 5-10 Years)** as a Sales Representative, or similar role in the **real estate industry**.
