New Delhi, India UGLY Creatives Full time

We at UGLY are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to process and enhance video assets based on standard procedures. This is a hands-on position that includes 3D Modeling, Animation, editing video, color correction, motion graphics, controlling the end-to-end process by following SOP and ensuring quality compliance, establishing procedures and post-production workflows under the supervision, and ensuring visual consistency across multiple projects. The position requires the technical knowledge to identify improvement opportunities within the workflow and act upon reducing waste and improve the quality of the product videos.

**Roles and Responsiblities**:
**3D Modeling**: Create detailed 3D models of characters, objects, and environments for animation projects

**Animation**: Develop animations using 3D software to bring characters and objects to life, including rigging and character movement.

**Motion Graphics**: Design and animate 2D and 3D motion graphics for various multimedia projects, such as videos, presentations, and advertisements.

**Storyboarding**: Collaborate with creative teams to create storyboards and concept art for animation projects.

**Visual Effects**: Integrate visual effects and compositing into animations to enhance the overall quality and impact.

**Software Proficiency**: Be proficient in 3D modeling and animation software such as Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, and Adobe After Effects.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with creative directors, graphic designers, and other team members to achieve the desired visual effects and animations.

**Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques in 3D modeling and animation.

**Qualification**
- A degree or relevant training in 3D modeling, animation, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and animation software.
- Solid understanding of design principles, storytelling, and visual communication.
- Portfolio showcasing previous 3D modeling and animation work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box for visual storytelling.

**Location: New Delhi**

**Salary - 3,60,000 + Incentives / per annum**

**Experience: 1 - 2 Years**

**Salary**: ₹260,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
