**Responsibilities**:
- Handling the Sales & Marketing functional activities.
- Responsible for planning, Execution, Forecasting and implementation of sales plan.
- **Meet targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.**:
- Interact with surpanchs and other authorities of various villages for employment purpose.
- Review documents and discuss their work history to pre-screen labours/manpower
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements
- Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles
- Contact past labours/applicants for new job opportunities
- Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
- Report on labours/manpower and time-to-fill
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
