DET (Civil) -1

CSTI to train DET as a Trainer for Civil Trade Formwork, Bar bender, Scaffolder & Masonry

By this way we will be able to train qualified quality trainer on low cost

DET (Mechanical) -1

CSTI to train DET as a Trainer for Mechanical Trade Like Welder, Fabrication & Erection

We will train him for some new trade Fabricator and erector which can be started later on demand by IC

DET (Electrical) -1

CSTI to train DET as a Trainer Electrical Trade and EHS trade

Current instructor is retiring in 2024 so before his retiring we will get qualified trainer for Electrical & EHS trade

As you aware that without trainer CSTI is facing challenges to maintain quality training of workmen and FLS, and cannot hire higher cadre staff due to limited budget allotted by CSR-Powai, by deployment of these three DETs, I will be able to manage training comfortably and if they want transfer after two three years we can also send them to project on rotational basis
