**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Leadership**
- Manage the entire sales team and ensure smooth operation of sales activities across multiple real estate projects.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with sales executives and guide them through the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Ensure proper lead follow-up and engagement to maximize conversion rates.
**Client Interaction & Negotiation**
- Meet with clients for property discussions, negotiations, and finalization of deals.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on project offerings, terms, and pricing.
- Maintain a client-centric approach, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Project Coordination**
- Conduct daily site visits for ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring potential clients get comprehensive site tours.
- Coordinate with the marketing and campaign teams to ensure proper execution of marketing plans and lead generation efforts.
- Liaise with the legal and finance teams to ensure all documentation and agreements are in place for deal closures.
**Channel Partner Management**
- Work closely with channel partners (CPs) and sourcing teams to boost sales efforts.
- Activate and maintain relationships with new and existing channel partners to expand market reach.
- Monitor the performance of CPs and ensure they are aligned with company sales goals.
**Sales Targets & Reporting**
- Set and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets for the team.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales progress, deal status, and market trends.
- Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds their targets and that all deals are closed in a timely manner.
**Digital Marketing & Campaigns**
- Collaborate with digital marketing agencies to ensure consistent lead flow from online campaigns.
- Track paid leads, follow up with sales executives on digital leads, and ensure a high conversion rate from digital sources.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide feedback for improvement.
**Market Research & Strategy**
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current real estate trends and pricing strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for future projects and pricing strategies.
**Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate records of client interactions and deal status.
- Ensure that all client details and transaction records are well-maintained for future reference and follow-ups.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- **10 years** of experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, legal processes, and documentation.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong client relationship-building skills and a customer-first attitude.
