**- Integration Management**:

- Design and implement integrations between Taleo and other systems (e.g.,HRMS, HRIS, payroll, ERP systems).
- Utilize APIs, web services, and other integration tools to ensure seamless data flow between Taleo and external systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system connectivity and data accuracy.

**- Technical Support and Troubleshooting**:

- Provide technical support for system issues, including identifying, diagnosing, and resolving problems.
- Address and resolve technical queries from users and stakeholders.

**- Data Management and Reporting**:

- Manage data imports and exports, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Taleo’s reporting tools.
- Analyze data to support decision-making and provide actionable insights.

**- Customization and Development**:

- Customize Taleo workflows, templates, and forms to meet specific business requirements.
- Develop custom scripts and integrations to enhance system functionality.
- Work with Taleo’s configuration tools to tailor the system to organizational needs.

**- System Optimization**:

- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Identify and address potential bottlenecks or issues that could impact system performance.

**- Documentation and Training**:

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, integration specifications, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide technical training to internal teams and end-users as needed.
