**Job Summary**

**Purpose / Role**
- The main purpose of the bank/donations reconciliation officer to manage the NGO various trusts donation in bank accounts with various banks on daily basis, have an overall control over them, manage both deposits and payments and reconciling them on daily basis to the ERP as well to the reports.

**Prime Responsibilities and Duties**
- Daily reconciliation of the bank balances in various bank institutions
- Daily reconciliation of the bank statements in various banks
- Managing bank book//donor/Patron data managemnet
- Analyzing data regarding bank accounts/receipts
- Reconcile Balance Reports to The bank statements
- Reconciliation of daily cash deposit from all corporate stores to the bank statement
- Generating bi-weekly reports on deposits

**Any Degree with Ms-Excel knowledge. Acccounts background preffered**
- 2-4 years' experience in the field; preferably from accounting department
- Proficiency in Excel; ERPNEXT is an advantage
- High Integrity, utmost confidentiality level
- Detail-oriented with expert knowledge of (GAAP) accounting procedures and financial reporting practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to summarize and present complex financial data in an organized, concise manner
- Independent, mature, self-initiative and possesses positive attitude

Ability to:

- Make decisions and exercise sound judgment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on trust needs.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
