Technical Drawings: Create comprehensive technical drawings and specifications for handbags, including patterns, dimensions, and construction techniques, to guide production.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with pattern makers, sample makers, and manufacturers to communicate design specifications, resolve technical issues, and oversee the production process.

Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market innovations to inform handbag design decisions.

Cost Management: Manage project budgets by estimating material and production costs, seeking cost-effective alternatives while maintaining design integrity.
