School / College Transport Supervisor

The Transport In-charge is responsible for overseeing and managing the transportation operations of the school. This includes coordinating with drivers, ensuring student safety during transit, maintaining transport records, managing logistics, and addressing any transport-related issues. The Transport In-charge plays a crucial role in maintaining efficient and reliable transportation services for students and staff.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate and manage the day-to-day transportation operations of the school.

2. Coordinate with drivers, assigning routes and schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize travel time.

3. Maintain accurate transport records, including student information, pick-up/drop-off times, and route details.

4. Develop and implement transportation policies, procedures, and safety protocols in compliance with local regulations.

5. Ensure the safety and security of students during transit.

6. Communicate effectively with parents, addressing any concerns or issues related to transportation.

7. Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and compliant with safety standards.

8. Handle transport-related emergencies, accidents, or incidents promptly and appropriately.

9. Monitor driver performance, providing feedback, and organizing training programs as needed.

10. Collaborate with school administration and stakeholders to improve transportation services and resolve operational challenges.

11. Keep abreast of transportation regulations, industry best practices, and technological advancements to enhance efficiency and safety.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
