**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, build, and maintain the architecture of Marketo to enable campaigns and programs to run efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain processes to support data quality, along with data governance and compliance with data privacy regulations
- Collaborate with Salesforce admins on database management, integrations, and dashboards
- Manage Marketo integrations with third-party tools/software (Zapier, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Establish lead scoring methodologies and intelligence programs used to help sales prioritize activities
- Work closely with Rev Ops to understand new program requirements and be able to communicate the technical aspects needed to configure and implement growth solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree from a recognized college or university with major course work in marketing/advertising, organizational management or other business-related field or experience
- Proven graphics, marketing, and/or advertising experience. B2B experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Marketo automation marketing software
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM software
- Demonstrated excellence in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook or similar systems; and Adobe graphic manipulation software.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills including personnel skills needed in staffing and development of marketing personnel.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Logistics, Sales, Marketing, or other related skills are a plus.
