What you'll do
- You will manage the delivery by leading a team size of 6-10 team members consisting of architects, lead developers and developers
- Guide team activities include guiding team execution, facilitating daily, enabling innovation, collaborating across teams, and mentoring team members.
- You will be responsible for people management including providing regular feedback, performance management
- Willing to contribute to team's delivery in technical capacity.
- Guide and influence teams towards innovation, DevOps adaptation.
- You will conduct regular scrum calls with appropriate stakeholders.
- Coach the team with best agile methodologies and practices.
- Implement and ensure unit testing practices to ensure the quality of the delivery.
- Facilitate required demo and presentation sessions.

You should have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in English in a business environment
- 7+ years of experience in IT industry
- 3+ years of software development and leadership experience
- 3+ years' experience as a scrum master building Agile team, implementing Agile practices and leading scrum teams
- Experience is Unix/Linux platform, REST APIs and AngularJS is recommended
- Experience in Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL
- Exposure to SAFe agile principles and methodologies
