Looking forward for PROJECT PROFESSIONAL for Retail Projects who has relevant experience in delivering Retail Fit Out projects and has been a team lead and be the focal point of contact between all key project stakeholders; client, vendors, external consultants and internal team and ensure the desired objectives for projects are delivered.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
- Manage coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals report/ escalate to management as needed.
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**PROCESS PERFORMANCE**
- Develop methods and perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create, develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Foster teamwork between all project stakeholders and ensure that projects managers work cooperatively with the appropriate Client
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Learning development
- Continually develop leadership skills

**KEY REQUIREMENTS TO SUCCEED**
- Project management professional with minimum 5 years of experience with at least 3 years in delivering Retail fit out projects.
- Strong in corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects with understanding of design vendor management.
- Proven knowledge and experience of risk management time management working knowledge on scheduling with working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google sheets etc.
- Proven experience in client-handling and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a cross functional organization and good with coordinating with various internal functions and departments
- Ability to work well under pressure and to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Execution and Coordination skills with Team Handling skills.
- Good Planner and Organizer, Resourceful and having excellent Time Management skills.
- Goal Oriented and high Result Orientation.
- Ready to Travel
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and multitasking skills to handle multiple small-scale projects at a time
- INTERIOR DESIGNER/ Architect/ BE/ BTECH. (CIVIL/MECH.)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and/ or NICMAR certified professional will be added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
