She shall be responsible for the welfare of the students of her class. The minimum qualification for a teacher is ECCEd (A Diploma in Early Child Care Education) or its equivalent like the NTT (Nursery Teachers Training) or Montessori Teachers Training.

- Should possess classroom management skills.
