**Job Description Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice in Commercial Real Estate. In this role, you will receive on-the-job training and mentorship while gaining practical experience at Cushman and Wakefield. This apprenticeship provides an excellent opportunity to build essential skills and grow professionally within our organization.
**About the Role**:
- Support the team in day-to-day operations related to Commercial Real Estate
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for various projects.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and contribute to business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project deliverables and deadlines.
- Contribute to administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and coordinating team activities.
- Attend training sessions to develop technical and soft skills.
- Work closely with the assigned mentor to complete structured learning goals and tasks.
**About You**:
- Diploma /Graduate/Master’s degree in [relevant discipline: Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate Management, Commerce, Management
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Analytical thinking with a keen attention to detail.
- Interest in real estate
