- Inviting Applications for the role of - Process Developer - Chargeback (Pharma)_

- Primary Role:_
- Responsibilities_
- _Perform reconciliation and analysis of accounting information for suppliers on customer eligibility and price._
- _Research supplier issues to determine validity and provide appropriate support to substantiate client position on the chargeback denials._
- _Ensure that customer contract eligibility corrections are sent to the concern team._
- _Daily identification of incoming chargeback variances._
- _Reviewing/Validating Customer / Supplier Chargebacks._
- _Communicate regularly with suppliers to resolve issues & Chargebacks related deductions._
- _Work exception reports daily and utilize reporting to identify possible quality issues._
- _Ensure that service level expectations are met or exceeded._
- _Utilize systems and software to perform complex research assignments._

- Minimum Qualifications_

- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- SAP experience should be preferred._

- Computer Skills:_
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools_
- Ability to work on multiple ERPs and workflow solutions._

- Business Experience Required:_
- Relevant years related business experience in Financial Services, Accounting, Financial._

- Education/Training:_
- Bachelors /master’s degree in business (Finance, Accounting, Management, commerce) strongly preferred or equivalent business and industry experience_
