Expert Machinist

Operate the machine and create a safe work culture in assigned area.

Check job output for quality assurance and document as per standard.

Take proper care of cutting tools and maintain tools to cost control by increasing tool life.

Plan proper sequence of tasks to complete the targets.

Maintain the 5S of area and follow daily cleanliness routine.

Perform regular TPM activities to keep the machine in healthy condition.

Create a lean model area for own CNC machine and implement it along the other machining centres also.

Create and optimize programs for FIDIA controller as well as other controllers for existing machines.
