Soldering Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform precision soldering of electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) with accuracy and care.
- Inspect and test soldered joints to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow detailed work instructions, technical drawings, and diagrams for precise assembly.
- Document and report any defects, issues, or discrepancies during assembly to maintain quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to identify areas for process improvements and contribute to overall production efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a safe environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in soldering and electronic assembly is required.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines.
