Implement ABA(Applied Behavior Analysis) based programs and developmentally appropriate curriculum designed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a one on one at the resource room, as well as in groups.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans to reduce socially inappropriate and maladaptive behaviors.
- Collect and Record data on all target behaviors.
- Meet with team leaders on a weekly basis to analyze data and revise programs accordingly.
- Participate in monthly training/workshops.

**Qualification**:

- Masters in Psychology/Counselling
- 1-2 years of experience as Behavior Therapist/School Counsellor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
