**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing to join our team. As a Social Media Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive traffic and conversions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with the company's marketing objectives.
- Create engaging, creative, and high-quality content for all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Branding Knowledge.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, ensuring the success of campaigns by monitoring performance metrics like engagement, reach, clicks, and conversions.
- Manage and engage with the social media community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Use social media analytics tools to monitor and evaluate campaign performance and provide insights for future strategies. Prepare reports on KPIs, such as audience growth, engagement, and conversion.
- Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to create cohesive campaigns across all platforms. Coordinate with influencers and brand advocates to enhance campaign reach.
- Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and technologies. Propose innovative ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Post graduation in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
- Fresher or internship experience in social media marketing or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of popular social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
