Assist in the coordination of office activities and operations. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist in Daily Operations:Support the admin team with various tasks as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and supplies. Ensure timely payment of bills related to office services.
- Mandatory - have experience in Tally Software
