1. Key Responsibilities:
1.1 Supervising Elevator Service & Maintenance team

1.2 Examining and rectifying mechanical failures

1.3 Evacuating people stuck in the elevator

1.4 Providing daily service & maintenance reports to office

1.5 Collecting material from store as and when required for site

2. Roles and Responsibilities (In Detail):
2.1 Supervising the working of Elevator Service & Maintenance team

2.2 Providing necessary technical support to technicians as and when required

2.3 Respond to emergency calls for maintenance

2.4 Examining and rectifying mechanical failures

2.5 Testing and responding to electrical system malfunctions

2.6 Performing timely maintenance checks and greasing machine parts

2.7 Coordinating with the store & placing order regarding the material at site

2.8 Undertaking regular repairs of elevator parts like switches, control panels, and wires

2.9 Adhering to maintenance and service procedures

2.10 Ensuring all switches, motors, and control signals are in working order

2.11 Undertaking general maintenance checks on a timely basis

2.12 Evacuating people stuck in the elevator

2.13 Communicating with Service Coordinators regarding the day plan

2.14 Informing daily & weekly plan to Route In charge

3. SkillsRequired
