Trainee Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist and observe all restaurant and banquet activities and ensure compliance with all company standards.
- Prepare day-to-day reports accurately and within the timeframe.
- Administer and manage day-to-day bookings, guest feedback, marketing follow-ups, sales calls, assist restaurant operations and banquet operations
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints work on negative feedback improve guest reviews and social media viability and try innovative ways to improve revenue and brand awareness
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Plan training format for new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
- Acquire and convert Banquet leads, the most important
- Invite food bloggers, lifestyle bloggers, event firms to showcase our services
- Implement HR compliances, team reviews, and proper staff behavioural polices
- Manage all Banquet functions and accommodate special requests.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve targets.
- Organizing staff events like town hall or other in a frequent basis

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
