**Overview**: As the SAP Concur Implementation Lead, you will play a crucial role in successfully implementing SAP Concur solutions for our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP Concur functionalities, excellent project management skills, and the ability to align business requirements with user needs. You will be responsible for managing the scope of the implementation, ensuring that the project meets its objectives within the defined timeline and budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to SAP Concur implementation.
- Align business needs with SAP Concur capabilities and provide recommendations for customization when necessary.
- Define and manage the scope of the SAP Concur implementation project.
- Ensure that project scope aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify and communicate scope changes, ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained.
- Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the implementation are considered.
- Engage with end-users to understand their needs and expectations.
- Facilitate user training sessions and provide ongoing support as needed.
- **Configuration and Customization**:

- Oversee the configuration of SAP Concur modules to meet organizational requirements.
- Coordinate with technical teams for any necessary customizations and integrations.
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that SAP Concur is configured correctly and meets defined standards.
- Conduct testing and validation to guarantee the system's functionality and performance.
- Maintain clear and open communication channels with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Address concerns and issues promptly, escalating as necessary.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues that may impact the successful implementation of SAP Concur.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience leading SAP Concur implementations.
- Strong project management skills, with a focus on scope management.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Concur functionalities and configuration options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in training end-users on SAP Concur functionality.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- SAP Concur certification.
- Previous experience in a lead role for multiple SAP Concur implementations.
- Familiarity with SAP Concur integration with other systems.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
