Job Title: Business Co-ordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up's with clients and vendors.
- Coordinate efforts between departments of the company.
- Customer communication for acquiring any information or issues coming with them in
- Identifying new business and opportunities.

and interacting while internal teams.
- Maintain regular follow-up on the development progress of change requests and requirements.
- Keep stakeholders updated on the status of requirement documents.
- Maintain matrix related to work development in specific projects.
- Keep tracking of new work, and maintain customer relationships.
- Projects can be assigned for dealing with the customers.

**Skills**:

- Business issues understanding and explaining ability.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with training and development processes.
- Proficiency in documenting processes, requirements, and manuals.
- Knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,735.53 - ₹25,000.00 per month
