**What You Need To Do**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent, with a focus on technical positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with local IT professionals, companies and organizations to expand the talent network.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and its requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments and competitor activities to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with external technical panels or experts for technical assessments when necessary.
- Recruiting for non IT positions as per business requirements.
- Utilization local network to close positions with best fit.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, with a track record of successfully hiring technical talent.
- In-depth understanding of IT technologies, programming languages, and software development methodologies.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a broad network within the local IT community.
- Experienced with LinkedIn, headhunting, Naukri, Indeed, Job posting at various portals
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, particularly LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Independently working on multiple requirements and handle end to end recruitment
- Able to draft technical tests / rounds and hiring process for openings as required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
