Credit Controller

Responsibilities:

- Manage money owed by customers who buy things in stores.
- Decide how much money customers can owe based on how risky it is.
- Keep an eye on accounts that are late on payments and figure out how to get the money back.
- Work with the sales and finance teams to fix mistakes with payments.
- Make reports about how much money is owed and how well we're getting it back.
- Talk with customers who are late on payments and make plans for them to pay.
- Keep good records of all customer interactions and payments.
- Follow the company's rules about giving out credit and collecting payments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in credit control within the trading retail industry.
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and mitigation techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
