1. Seeking reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices.

2. Negotiating prices and contracts.

3. Reviewing technical specifications for raw materials, components, equipment or buildings.

4. Determining quantity and timing of deliveries

5. Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and outstation vendors

6. Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project

7. Advise all team members on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions

8. In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules

9. Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors

10.Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation

11.Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements

12.Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

13.Preparation and Certification of RA bills.

14.Identification and preparation of extra items.

15.Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material.

16.Responsible for verification of certified RA bills.

17.Preparing all billing records and maintaining it.

18.Proper entering of bills without errors

19.Preparing RA Bills for the Projects (Client and Sub Contractor bills) on Monthly basis.

20.Getting Approval from management

21.Providing billing related information/documents to management as and when required.

22.Arithmetic & technical checking of all bills i.e. Civil, Carpentry, Aluminum Windows, Finishing, Interior bills, Infrastructure, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical work, consultants, & material Invoices etc.

23.Site Visits: - Random Physical checking of bills at site case to case.

24.Debit Note: - To ensure recovery against the rework / faulty work from the contractors as per recommendation from site.

25.Advance Adjustment: - Adjusting Advances on pro rata basis as per the contract terms & keeping the record of the same.

26.Preparing Certificate of Payment.

27.Getting the Bill authorized and forwarding the same to accounts for payments.

28.Intimating Planning Engineers regarding amendments in Work orders.

29.Maintaining of all important documents

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹31,758.37 per month
