**Performs staff workload responsibilities, setting high standards of performance.**:

- **Assists in the development of policies, procedures, processes, performance improvement and quality assurance in accordance with accreditation requirements.**:

- **Monitors supplies and ensures their availability and use in a cost-conscious manner to minimize operating expenses. Communicates issues to manager or supervisor as they arise.**:
