Fabrication Supervisor

1. To be overall responsible for all sort of production works and other operations related to Fabrication & Paint Shop. The scope of work can be expanded solely at the discretion of the management.Reporting to GM for production targets in terms of quality & quantity.

2. Planning and optimum utilization of resources (Man, Machine and Material) to achieve the production as per the schedule given to him and prescribed quality standards at the minimum possible cost.

3. To identify Worker’s Skill Gap and ensure training is planned & provided for upgradation.

4. To ensure discipline and positive work culture and play a role of responsible team leader.

5. To objectively appraise performance of each employee working under him which will form the basis of providing incentives/annual increment/promotion to the workers.

6. To suggest ways to reduce Fabrication cost without compromising the quality.

7. To undertake Amendment/improvement in the existing dies & tools, as & when required.

8. To suggest changes in infrastructure and get new dies/tool manufactured for smooth operation & better productivity.

9. To ensure reduction in scrap/wastage/rejections and to take suitable action on priority.

10. To improve processes (including automation) to achieve better productivity/quality & reduction in costs.

11. To meticulously comply with the mandatory instructions/rules/regulations prescribed by the govt./mgt.

12. To be responsible for trouble shooting of various problems encountered at the workshops from time to time.

13. To maintain relevant records as prescribed by the company from time to time.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Metal fabrication: 2 years (required)
