**Responsibilities**:

- Develop visually appealing and engaging designs for brochures, flyers, and social media creatives.
- Work independently to conceptualize, design, and execute creative projects from start to finish.
- Understand and interpret project requirements, ensuring the designs align with the brand guidelines and target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual content that effectively communicates key messages.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices to continuously enhance design quality and creativity.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDraw.
- Knowledge of animation and ability to create animated graphics is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative designs, including brochures, flyers, and social media creatives.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
