As a Warehouse Officer at Nest Healthcare Pvt. Ltd, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our pharmaceutical inventory and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments of pharmaceutical products and raw materials.
- Conducting quality checks on received goods to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company specifications.
- Recording all incoming and outgoing inventory transactions accurately in the electronic inventory management system.
- Organizing and storing pharmaceutical products in designated storage areas according to established procedures, including temperature-sensitive items.
- Performing regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Coordinating with the procurement team to replenish stock levels as needed and anticipate future inventory needs.
- Picking and packing pharmaceutical orders for distribution to customers, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Collaborating with the logistics team to schedule and coordinate outbound shipments and deliveries.
- Ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and other regulatory requirements within the warehouse facility.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes and enhance efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center within the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical storage and handling requirements, including temperature-controlled environments.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and electronic tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical distribution (e.g., FDA regulations) is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
