Job Overview:

We are on the lookout for an individual who can uphold the trust that our patients have placed in us by taking on hospital management tasks with utmost dedication. The ideal hospital administration officer will have to ensure that the organisation provides quality healthcare, as per the rules and regulations of the industry. From managing staff and maintaining budgets to ensuring seamless organisational processes, the role of a hospital administrator is multi-faceted.

Objectives of this role:

- Organise and facilitate the health services provided in the medical facility
- Translate the vision of the board through safe and effective medical practices
- Ensure that safe and legally recognised practices are undertaken as a hospital administrator
- Adhere to the rules and regulations set by the medical board for health and hospital administration
- Develop and implement policies and programs for various hospital administration tasks including PR, patient services and more
- Serve as a link and liaison between various groups of people such as staff, doctors, patients and the management

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the human resources for smooth hospital management are available for recruitment and training of staff
- Assign work to various staff members and follow up on their progress and support them
- Chalk out budgets for effective hospital health management and undertake accounting, reporting and analysis functions to benefit the organisation and its patients
- Maintain both the financial and organisational running of the facility as a hospital administration officer
- Adapt to and learn the dynamic technological advances in the medical industry and adopt the same

Required skills and qualifications:

- Formal education in management (MBA or MHA) or a related field
- Prior experience working as a hospital administrator (3-5 years experience)
- Expertise in customer management and service
- Compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Strong understanding of the healthcare sector

Preferred skills and qualifications:

- Master’s degree in healthcare of hospital administration (MBA or MHA)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- High-quality organisation and administrative skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English & Malayalam (preferred)

Work Location: In person
