Ukti (meaning: expression) offers targeted content development solutions that align with a brand’s marketing objectives. We work in close association with marketers, offering them the expertise of trained content creators that combine a marketing approach with in-depth research.

The art of writing content is a creative mix of understanding the audience and summoning the right words and phrases to strike a chord with them. Ukti’s wordsmiths help brands effectively convey their message and build long-term relationships with prospects through research-backed, valuable, and consistent content. Be it writing a solid web copy or an insightful blog, our love for the written word drives us to create compelling content each day.

Office Location: South Delhi/Remote

**About Role**

The Writer will play a key role in daily operations, eventually managing a growing team of content creators in the capacity of a Manager/Editor.

The role entails a training period of 2 months, post which employment is confirmed, contingent on performance. Since this is a small and early-stage setup, opportunities to learn, grow and don multiple hats will be in plenty.

The Writer will be trained on different types and formats of written communication - blogs, articles, whitepapers, website copy, various marketing collateral - across industries in the B2B and B2C space, some of which include:

- Enterprise Software
- Blockchain
- Parking
- Finance and Insurance
- IT
- Education
- Health

You will be extensively trained on bridging the gap between _what_ to say and _how_ to say it. Further, you will receive training in team and project management.

**Business Days**: Monday-Saturday

**Salary Offered**: INR 3-4 LPA

**Roles and Responsibilities**

The Writer will be responsible for the following:
1. Creating well-researched and punchy content pieces

2. Creating content in line with brand and editorial guidelines

3. Developing an understanding of the brand and its audiences

4. Performing extensive research on different themes and topics

5. Working under the manager/editor with adherence to stipulated deadlines

6. Consistently noting feedback w.r.t writing and communication and working on highlighted areas

7. Collaborating with editors to ensure brand consistency

8. Staying up-to-date with industry developments and generating new ideas
