Role's & Responsibilities:
Issue Resolution: Addressing customer problems, answering queries, and resolving issues promptly.

Information Provision: Providing information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

Order Processing: Assisting with order placement, tracking, and managing returns or exchanges.

Technical Support: Helping customers troubleshoot technical issues with products or services.

Follow-ups: Contacting customers after a purchase or service interaction to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Surveys: Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.

Promotions and Offers: Informing customers about new products, services, promotions, or special offers.

Appointment Reminders: Reminding customers of upcoming appointments, renewals, or other time-sensitive events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
