Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet our clients' needs and preferences. If you have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- ⁠ ⁠Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the Interior designing contributes to these.
- ⁠ ⁠The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to conceptualize and execute innovative and functional interior designs.
- ⁠ ⁠conducting client consultations, developing design concepts, space planning, selecting materials and furniture, and creating visual presentations.
- ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful work/job/repair execution and delivery.
- ⁠ ⁠the role involves project management, budgeting, and continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly of required material.
- ⁠ ⁠Prompt Execution of repair & Maintenance for tenant satisfaction.
- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate the use of automated and computerised systems where necessary.
- ⁠ ⁠Motivate, organise, and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
- ⁠ ⁠Produce regular work reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

**Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, and 3ds Max
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
