**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lectures, presentations, and workshops on various topics in commerce, tailored to the needs of students in the Bachelor's program in Business Administration with a focus on Aviation.
- Design and implement innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning outcomes and facilitate active participation in class discussions.
- Prepare course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments, in accordance with curriculum guidelines and academic standards.
- Provide academic guidance and support to students, including mentoring, advising, and addressing individual learning needs.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and intellectual curiosity among students.
- Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and best practices in commerce and aviation management to incorporate relevant examples and case studies into course content.
- Conduct research and scholarly activities in the field of commerce, contributing to the academic reputation and profile of the institution through publications, presentations, and participation in professional conferences.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the department and across disciplines to promote interdisciplinary learning and interdisciplinary research initiatives.
- Participate in academic administration duties, such as curriculum development, program assessment, accreditation activities, and committee service, as assigned by the department chair or academic leadership.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance evaluations, and provide timely feedback to students to support their academic progress and development.

Qualifications:

- A Master's degree or higher in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution. A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate level, particularly in commerce or business-related courses, is highly desirable.
- Professional experience in the aviation industry or familiarity with aviation management principles and practices is an advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas of commerce, such as accounting, finance, marketing, management, or international business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in instructional technology and learning management systems for delivering online and blended learning experiences.
- Commitment to continuous professional development, scholarly inquiry, and excellence in teaching and learning.
- Eligibility for employment in India and compliance with any regulatory requirements for faculty positions in higher education institutions.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
