**Job Title: ASSISTANT - PR**
**Job Summary**:The ASSISTANT - PR is responsible for performing various public relation and communication tasks and activities in the organization, ensuring that they are done in compliance with the public relation and communication policies and procedures of the organization. The ASSISTANT - PR also assists and supports the Manager - Public Relation and the project staff, partners, consultants and contractors in the organization, and maintains good communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.
**Key Result Areas (KRA)**:
- Public relation and communication performance and facilitation.
- Public relation and communication assistance and support.
- Public relation and communication and collaboration.
- Public relation and communication documentation and reporting.
- Team participation and learning.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPI)**:
- Number and percentage of public relation and communication tasks and activities performed and facilitated on time, within budget and scope, and meeting quality standards.
- Number and percentage of Manager - Public Relation and project staff, partners, consultants and contractors assisted and supported in the organization.
- Number and quality of public relation and communication and collaboration activities conducted with stakeholders in the organization.
- Number and quality of public relation and communication documents and reports produced and submitted in the organization.
- Number and quality of team participation and learning activities conducted in the organization.
**Terms of Reference (ToR)**:
- Perform various public relation and communication tasks and activities in the organization, such as preparing press releases, newsletters, brochures, social media posts, etc., organizing events, campaigns, workshops, etc., managing media relations, inquiries, interviews, etc., creating and maintaining a positive image of the organization
- Assist and support the Manager - Public Relation and the project staff, partners, consultants and contractors in the organization, providing them with necessary information, feedback, guidance and resources
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders in the organization, including management, staff, donors, partners, beneficiaries, media, etc., ensuring that they are aware, involved and satisfied with the public relation and communication activities, outputs and outcomes
- Document and report the progress and performance of public relation and communication activities in the organization, highlighting the achievements, challenges, lessons learned and recommendations for improvement
- Participate and learn from the team in the organization, attending regular team meetings, trainings, appraisals and feedback sessions, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, learning and excellence.

**Salary**: ₹13,507.82 - ₹22,977.50 per month
