**About US**:
This role is for the new greenfield project of semiconductor and display panel business. All these profiles will be based out of Ahmedabad, Gujarat and ultimately move to site location in Dholera.

**Desired Profile**:
The person should be from a consulting organization, preferably Big 4- and should have experience in Corporate Finance and Fund Raising specially.

Financial strategists must analyze financial data to make credible recommendations about what financial actions to take.

Will report directly to CFO about the greenfield project.

Good knowledge of corporate finance and fund raising.

Fund Raising activities of the venture involving International Finance, Project Finance, Debt Financing, Working Capital (fund based & Non Fund based), Structured Trade financing, Mezzanine Funding, Equity Raising, Financial Modelling.

Mandatory Educational Requirement
- CA first attempt

**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
