**Urgent Hiring For Tele Counsellor For Mumbai (Dombivali)**
**Experience**: 6 Months +
**Job Role**:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the educational center, including class schedules, student services, facilities, and resources.
2. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of instructors, and support personnel to deliver exceptional educational services.
3. Collaborate with instructors to ensure the effective delivery of curriculum and adherence to teaching standards.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the center's offerings and to achieve enrolment targets.
5. Manage student enrolment processes, including admissions, registration, and fee collections.
6. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic progress, and other relevant data.
7. Implement and enforce policies and procedures that contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
8. Monitor the learning progress of the students and guide, mentor and motivate to achieve success.
9. Provide inputs to parents on student progress at regular intervals and build a strong relationship.
10. Discuss student progress with teachers to get an understanding of learning issues and means to address the same.
11. Prepare various reports to track student progress and discuss with Regional Managers and senior management.
12. Plan and coordinate educational events, workshops, and seminars to enhance student engagement and satisfaction
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
