**Job Title: Furniture Sales Representative**

**Overview**:
As a Furniture Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving sales growth by actively seeking and cultivating leads while on the road. You will be responsible for promoting our furniture products, establishing relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. This role requires a self-motivated individual with exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of furniture design and trends, and a proven track record of sales success.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Proactively identify and pursue leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, trade shows, and industry publications.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- **Product Promotion**: Showcase our furniture products and features to potential clients, highlighting their quality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal to drive interest and sales.
- **Consultative Selling**: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering personalised recommendations and solutions tailored to their specific requirements and design preferences.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure profitable contracts and agreements, while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities and refine sales strategies accordingly.
- **Pipeline Management**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM software, and provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with internal teams, including design, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- **Travel**: Travel extensively within assigned territory or region to meet with clients, attend meetings, and participate in industry events, with occasional overnight stays as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in furniture sales or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of furniture design, materials, manufacturing processes, and industry trends.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools and technologies.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
