**Job Summary**:
Responsible for the daily activities associated with timely and accurate processing of Agency, Third Party & Craft payrolls, and related inputs using the enterprise SAP/other payroll tools and system.
**Major Responsibilities**:
**Education and Experience Requirements**:
- Must have legal right to work in New Delhi, India without sponsorship
- Ability to read, write, and speak English at an intermediate proficiency level
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with a major in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of applicable payroll work experience, preferably of Third party Payrolls and related compliances.
**Required Knowledge and Skills**:
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Payroll and General Ledger accounting systems, processes, and controls
- SAP Payroll system experience
- Ability to work on MS-Excel for various ad-hoc analysis activities
- Conversant with payroll tax and social security rules and regulations
- Experience with a large multi-national corporation and multi-country foreign payroll processing
- Able to efficiently organize work activities to meet daily and weekly deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Self-starter able to use sound business judgment in carrying out assigned tasks
- SAP Payroll Systems or Equivalent-Intermediate
- Time and attendance Reporting Systems
- Intermediate
- Oracle General Ledger Accounting System-Basic to Intermediate
- Microsoft Office Suite-Intermediate
- Other Reporting & Database system tools-Basic to Intermediate
- Accounting functions & processes -Intermediate
- Payroll controls environment-Intermediate
- Payroll tax & benefits (National/Foreign countries)-Intermediate
