**Position Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work with customers to architect modern desktop management solutions using Windows 10 and Intune
- Work with customers to design, develop and implement modern security solutions leveraging Windows Defender, Intune, OMS and device health
- Gather business, communication and functional objectives by leading client working sessions, reviewing the competitive landscape, and creative brainstorming sessions with the project team.
- Provide leadership and knowledge to potential customers in technical qualification
- Document customer requirements for existing and future modern managed infrastructure
- Articulate the value proposition of new services
- Work with project panager to identify key milestones on project Implementation plan.
- Participate in service delivery engagements by acting as a lead technical architect
- Bring best-practices, strategy, challenges and expertise to a critical, high-visibility project.
- Experience with supporting technologies and protocols including security, DNS, scripting, patching, pushing out profiles by way of Intune.
- Sound working knowledge of Internet/Intranet technologies
