Making outbound calls to potential customers using a list of provided leads
Introducing the company's products or services to potential customers
Generating leads by identifying potential customers and their needs
Pitching products or services to potential customers
Setting up appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential customers
Following up with potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
Achieving weekly and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments set
Keeping up-to-date with the latest products, services, and industry trends
Providing feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.
To perform this job effectively, a telecaller for cold calling in India must possess the following skills and qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English and any other regional language
Good persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to handle objections and rejections from potential customers
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Basic computer skills
Prior experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred, but not mandatory
Minimum education qualification of Graduation.
