Designing and creating visually compelling graphics, including but not limited to, social media posts, advertisements, banners, and other marketing materials. Developing and maintaining a consistent brand image and visual identity across all social media platforms. Managing and updating social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement. Analyzing social media performance metrics and implementing strategies to improve engagement and reach. Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

**Conceptualize and Design**: Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for various projects, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media graphics, website elements, and print collateral.

**Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Collaborate on brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance projects.

**Create Brand Assets**: Develop and maintain visual brand elements, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Contribute to the evolution of the brand's visual identity.

**Manage Multiple Projects**: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.

**Utilize Design Software**: Proficiently use graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools to create high-quality designs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio of creative work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Experience in managing social media accounts and executing social media marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A passion for creativity and staying ahead of design and social media trends.
- Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A portfolio showcasing past work in branding, digital design, and visual communication
