Answer incoming calls from customers
- Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues
- Maintain and update customer and referral information
- Ensure patient forms contain all necessary billing information
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Take ownership of customer’s issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Identifying and listing out doctors who are prospective referral partners (MBBS/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS), introducing company and schedule appointments for the marketing team.
- Identifying and listing fitness trainers/nutritionists/yoga practitioners who can be prospective referral partners.
- Listing out travel agents focusing on international medical tourism.
- Patient counseling/ patient satisfaction.
- Follow up calls after a patient completes treatment - 1 month/3 month/6 month
- Assist marketing team to conduct camps
- Maintain good relationship with HR dept. of corporates

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
