**Job role: Cafe Executive**

The responsibilities of a café manager include but are not limited to: Working closely in a supervisory role with staff members, Overseeing staff scheduling, Monitoring staff productivity, Providing feedback to ensure that the staff are providing the best experience possible to customers, Monitoring budgets, expenses, sales, and profit margins ,Tracking and maintaining inventory to ensure that supplies are available as needed

**Responsibilities**:
Managing Day-to-Day Operations
Leading Food and Beverage Team
Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities Vendor Management

Inventory Management
Ensure that the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, maintenance and safety are practiced. Ensure strict compliance of the brand SOPs.

**Required Skills**:
Min. qualification : Graduate in Hospitality Management (F&B). Min. 1 years experience in a similar job role.
Good communication skills.
Management skills.

Leadership skills and ability to coordinate with multiple locations and enable the staff to perform better. Problem solving and reporting skills.
Location flexible.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
