**Working Days**: 6 days a week (Sunday off)
**Salary**: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 + Incentives
**Experience Required**: 2+ years

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Course Development and Curriculum Design**:

- Develop and design a comprehensive curriculum for robotics courses, covering foundational concepts, programming, mechanical design, electronics, and automation.
- Create lesson plans, assignments, and projects that align with industry standards and equip students with practical skills.
- Update course content regularly to incorporate new developments in robotics technology and educational best practices.

**Instruction and Classroom Management**:

- Provide clear explanations of complex robotics topics, including but not limited to, robotic kinematics, sensors and actuators, microcontroller programming, and artificial intelligence (AI) integration.
- Foster an interactive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and inquiry.

**Student Assessment and Mentorship**:

- Evaluate student performance through exams, projects, and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Mentor and guide students on academic projects, competitions, and research initiatives related to robotics.
- Assist students in developing professional portfolios that highlight their skills and projects in robotics.

**Technical Skills and Practical Application**:

- Teach and demonstrate proficiency in relevant programming languages (such as Python, C++, and MATLAB) and robotics platforms (such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and Robot Operating System [ROS]).
- Oversee the setup, maintenance, and use of robotics labs and equipment, ensuring that all tools and machines are in working order and safe for student use.
- Organize and supervise practical sessions where students build and program their own robotic systems.

**Industry Collaboration and Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in robotics, AI, and automation, incorporating these into teaching materials and methodologies.
- Organize guest lectures, workshops, and industry visits to enhance the learning experience and provide networking opportunities for students.

**Research and Development**:

- Encourage and support students in conducting research projects, contributing to advancements in robotics and related fields.
- Engage in personal research and development to further knowledge in robotics and contribute to academic publications or conferences.

**Administration and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on course progress, student performance, and any challenges encountered.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the robotics program.

**Community and Outreach**:

- Participate in community outreach programs, promoting robotics education and encouraging young learners to pursue careers in STEM fields.
- Organize and participate in robotics competitions, exhibitions, and other events to showcase student achievements and foster a culture of innovation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in robotics, automation, or a related area.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory; a strong desire to teach and mentor is essential.
- Proficiency in robotics platforms (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ROS) and programming languages (e.g., Python, C++).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in an accessible manner.
- Creativity, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for robotics and technology.
