Telesales Representative

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Build and maintain rapport with customers to understand their needs.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing accurately.
- Close sales and achieve weekly/monthly targets.
- Record and maintain customer information in the database.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
- Handle objections effectively and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.
- High school diploma; additional certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,213.45 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Fixed shift
