Good knowledge in electrical components.
- Responsible for the production and quality of products, completing daily reports for production and payroll reporting purposes.
- Responsible for maintaining/enforcing safe working conditions, and ensuring that all Environmental Health and Safety and OSHA regulations are met.
- Schedules and directs leads, utilities, and mold changers in the Molding Department. - Works with production control to obtain molding requirements.
- Monitors production, inventory, and minimizes scrap in the department. Works with the Molding Manager to continually improve the molding process.
- Works on maintaining the Methodology of Lean Manufacturing in the department.
- Trains all personnel in the department. Ensures that all personnel are trained with the help of trainers and leads.

SMT department knowledge.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
